Terms and Conditions
Service Description: Bay Area Media Inc. offers a promotional video bundle package consisting of five custom videos, each up to 15 seconds in length. These videos are filmed on-site at your business location and delivered within 72 hours after the shoot. Longer videos can be produced for an additional cost, which will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before production.
Booking & Payment: A discovery call is required to ensure a proper fit. Bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement. A retainer (previously referred to as a deposit) may be required to secure your shoot date. This retainer confirms your commitment and is credited toward your total balance. Payment methods will be agreed upon and documented.
Content Use: All final videos may be used by you for social media, websites, and advertising. Bay Area Media Inc. reserves the right to use final deliverables for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Client Responsibilities:
- Ensure your business location is accessible and prepared for filming
- Provide any branding assets or details necessary for production
Revisions: Each video includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Retainers are non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled shoot within 30 days.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
